Wil's weekly wrap (07.08.22)

Of course, we can do this in our own teams, our own staff and our own business communities. That recognition goes a long way.

Yesterday, we hosted a lunch with winners from a recent 10 under 40 award program. The goal was to highlight local 'rising stars' in our businesses and communities.

While my focus is on business, marketing and technology, it's great to pull myself out of that focus now and then to realize the amazing efforts of entrepreneurial and innovative members in our communities.

From forestry to cider making, highlighting just a few of the folks that hold our local communities together was such a worthwhile event.

Of course, we can do this in our own teams, our own staff and within our own business communities. That recognition goes a long way.
