Just one thing... (07.06.22)

An interesting interview with Henry Kissinger. He really doesn't like the internet.

"Some of the greatest ideas of history, of philosophy, or literature, came out of the anguish of struggling for understanding, and might never have been reached if there was a helpful assistant who gave an immediately relevant solution."

An interesting Time interview with Henry Kissinger.

He really doesn't like the internet.

There's this idea that's been bouncing around my head. It's not fully thought through yet, however it goes something like this...

  • The what is younger
  • The how is older

After some amount of time, it doesn't matter what the what is.

It matters how.

This weekend I had a frustrating experience in unlocking my cell phone. While the frustration was centered on not being able to unlock my phone (the what), I was more frustrated in the process (the how).

I'm getting closer to stretching this idea into an article.

The Henry Kissinger interview is helping me get there.
