One of the more exciting and challenging aspects of marketing – how to scale the members of your sales team. The trick, from the marketer’s perspective, is not to burn the brand.
While sales may suggest more leads are necessary, it’s important to understand pace – every sales person is different. If I’m able to shove 200 qualified leads to you every week, how many can you keep up with before we start falling behind and damaging everyone’s brand (the company, the sales team, the marketing team, etc.)?
