Leveraging “seasoned” workers always seemed to me a competitive advantage. You can have all the smarts in the world but if you’ve haven’t been through it, you’re missing a key element in preparation and execution, and likely success.

We probably all work with “experienced” colleagues, balancing respect with thoughts of “Yeah, but I’d do it differently”.

It’s important to “harness” and “enhance” our workplace peers, especially as they can become mentors to our professional and personal growth.

Then, one day, you read an article, much like the one above, and think to yourself:
