Good advice.

Although I’d be careful with the Shields Up approach. We should be listening to ‘complainers’ to make sure there isn’t anything serious that we’re missing.

Outside of that, it’s a good gauge in taking the temperature of the office / group / environment. Lots of complainers / complaints? There’s likely something going on we should pay attention to.
