Competition: From a business perspective, we compete across many different industries and within many different markets. We believe our primary sources of this competition include, but are not limited to:

  • Merchandise and apparel

  • Live entertainment

Customers: Our top five customers, measured in terms of credit exposure, represented 46.4%, 57.7% and 51.5% of our total revenue in each of the years ended June 30, 2009, 2010 and 2011, respectively. Our material customers are the Premier League, UEFA, Nike and Aon.

Employees: As of March 31, 2012, we employed 710 employees providing full-time services.

Connections: We have a very popular brand page on Facebook with more than 26 million connections. In comparison, the New York Yankees have approximately 5.8 million Facebook connections and the Dallas Cowboys have approximately 4.9 million Facebook connections.
