I picked up a few bottles of whisky / whiskey while traveling at the end of last year. I kept a few and gave a few to some pals.
After poking around for some recipes, then running my own trial-and-error sessions, I think I came up with a good mix for a solid Whiskey Sour.
(As far as tastes go, I like sour and I like whiskey. Just a warning.)
What you’ll need:
- Whiskey (1/3 cup)
- Filtered Water (1/4 cup)
- Ice (4 cubes)
- Lemon (1, strained)
To make, cut the lemon in half, then strain into the shaker. Add water and whiskey, and shake. Add the ice to the glass. Then pour over ice.
